Fruits

Good evening friends. How do you do? I would like to say something about "Fruits" tonight.
Everyday, in our home, we have different kinds of fruits. Like apple, oranges and ripe mangoes. We need to eat it because it gives vitamins in our body and it makes us feel better.
Fruits is also good for the people who has bad cholestherol. Foods like meat and dairy product is also good but too much eating of it can cause of bad cholesterol in our body, fruits is 100% bad cholestherol free.
It also stimulates the memory, if you didn't know yet; fruit is the ultimate brain fuel. It has a positive effect in our brains.
