Holy Week is the week which precedes the great festival of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday, and which consequently is used to commemorate the Passion of Christ, and the event which immediately led up to it. In Latin is it called hebdomada major, or, less commonly, hebdomada sancta, styling it he hagia kai megale ebdomas. Similarly, in most modern languages (except for the German word Charwoche, which seems to mean "the week of lamentation") the interval between Palm Sunday and Easter Day is known par excellence as Holy Week.

Radio is the wireless transmission of signals, by modulation of electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light.

Electromagnetic radiation travels by means of oscillating electromagnetic fields that pass through the air and the vacuum of space. It does not require a medium of transport. Information is carried by systematically changing (modulating) some property of the radiated waves, such as their amplitude or their frequency. When radio waves pass an electrical conductor, the oscillating fields induce an alternating current in the conductor. This can be detected and transformed into sound or other signals that carry information.

The word 'radio' is used to describe this phenomenon, and television and radio transmissions are classed as radio frequency emissions. Contrary to popular belief, cell phone transmissions are classed as microwave frequency emissions.

A hair salon (also called 'Hairdresser' and 'Hair Parlour')is a place where one goes to get their hair cut, as well as styled, highlighted or coloured.
There are many different types of hair salons that one can choose to go to. There are the traditional walk-in salons where you do not have to make an appointment, rather you just walk in and wait for the next available hairdresser. Another option is to call a full-service hair salon and make an appointment with a stylist of your choice. Some hair salons specialize in certain areas such as coloring, up-dos for formal occasions, cutting or styling. Which salon one chooses will determine the level of expertise being performed for the service.

A hamburger is a sandwich that consists of a cooked patty of ground meat that is fried, steamed, or broiled, and is generally served with various condiments and toppings inside a sliced bun baked specially for this purpose. Hamburgers are often served with french fries, potato chips
, or onion rings.

Hamburger also refers to a cooked patty of ground beef by itself.[1] The patty alone is also known as a beefburger or burger.

Hamburger can also refer to the meat itself.[1] This type of meat can be used in boxed dinners such as "Hamburger Helper". Hamburger is actually a distinct product from ground round and other types of ground meat. However, ground beef of any form is often commonly referred to as "hamburger." A recipe calling for 'hamburger' (the non-countable noun) would require ground beef or beef substitute- not a whole sandwich. Hamburger does not refer to ham.
