ALLERGY

Good afternoon!

What a day! huh! Know what? because of the allergy I didn't attend my work yesterday. It's so hard for me to have this. It colors red and it's so itchy. I haven't sleep well.

There's a lot of things that's why people get an allergy. Maybe because of the weather, so hot and also the dust. It can irritate your skin.

To all of you take good care of yourself, Drink a lot of juices and vitamins too.

A recipe calling for 'hamburger' (the non-countable noun) would require ground beef or beef substitute- not a whole sandwich. Hamburger does not refer to ham.
