Rainbow

A RAINBOW is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a nearly continous spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sun shines onto droptels of moisture in the earths atmoshpere.It takes the from of a multi coloured arc, with red on the outside and violet on the inside.More rarely a double rainbow is seen which includes a second fainter arc with colours in the opposite order, that is with violet on the outside and red on the inside.
