The Satisfying flavor of the "Lechon Baboy":


Good Afternoon!
It's year of the pig,right?!
But,here in the Philippines everyday is year of the pig if you can afford to buy it.
It is really juicy and delicious and had a satisfying flavor.
Not all Filipinos can afford to buy a whole "LECHON",sticked-on a bamboo and it's been grilled on a charcoal with fire.
Slapped and been spreaded by their own choice of sauce.
Hummmm....I can't wait not to eat this kind of food.
But,Beware!!!!....full of cholesterol.

    I just want to say that slapping is not a part in preparing your lechon. However, slapping will cause internal hemmorhage of the pig which will cause the people who will eat it to become ill. You have to take special care if your cooking something so your food will be awesome. Even if the pig is high in cholesterol there is always medicine like liver aid so its ok to eat lechon with the greatest beer in the world.
