How to have a healthy body? First you must eat proper food that is good to your body. Always eat on time,atleast three times a day....
Vegetables can give our body all the vitamins and minerals that we need for our body everyday. Fruits are even good to our body,too.... It can give our body a vitamins C that we need to everyday living makes our body full of energy and strong enough for us not catching any cough and sometimes colds....Milk can give us calcium helps us have a healthy and strong bones...
Everyday before going to work we must first eat our breakfast so that we can have a lot of energy to do our work well done....
You have to learn how to protect your body from any unexpected decease. The most important is don't take anything that you know it cannot help your body being always at the good condition.
Don't take "DRUGS" it cannot help you and your body... Don't drink to much alcohol and don't smoke to much....If you can learn to do all the thing you can have a healthy and strong body you wanted......
